Massage Therapy


Are you in need of relaxation? Massage is an ancient healing practice & has many benefits. Helping to calm the mind aswell as the body. Massage helps to improve circulation, relieve muscle & fascia stiffness, aiding the improvement of dysfunction. It helps to improve recovery between workouts. It also strengthens the immune response & aids calming the vagus nerve.

Fee: £50 (60 minutes)

Massage & Healing

Starting with a 60 minute massage & then 30 minutes of energy healing.

Fee: £80 (90 minutes)


Sanctuary Spiritual Healing


I use my own intuitive method of healing, which initially came to me when I was a teenager. I’ve developed it over the past 5 years to help others. A blend of quantum time line therapy, inner child work & energy healing techniques. Identifying pains in your body, which hold stuck emotional trauma, by way of energetic blocks. Helping you to move forward in life, by learning to let go of old patterns of physical & emotional holding.

Fee: £100 (90 minutes)


Reflexology - coming soon


Stimulating energetic points along the feet, which relate to anatomical areas of the body. Reflexology works holistically to support physical, emotional, and spiritual health, contributing to a sense of harmony within the body.

Fee: £40 (60 minutes)

Please note: My table does not lift to seated. This is a laying down therapy, with the feet elevated on a pillow.

Disclaimer;

There may be some contraindications to receiving treatments. Please let me know before booking, if you have anything of concern. i.e. contagious rashes & infectious illness. I should be made aware of any recent operations, performed within the past 12 week.

My treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women.

24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. The 50% deposit is non refundable, if you cancel under 24 hours. 

 My treatments are complimentary & I do not claim to heal people from chronic conditions. My Sanctuary healing sessions, are not meant as a replacement for psychotherapy. It’s advisable to seek a trauma specialist, should you need extra help. 

All sessions are conducted with mutual respect, as the upmost rule of the house. I reserve the right to terminate the session, without refund, should there be any inappropriate behaviour. A permanent ban, from future bookings will be enforceable should I feel threatened or harassed in any way. All clients are recorded on my security cameras upon entering the property.
